About Ben Norriss

Exercise has always been part of my life. From 8 – 18 years old I played cricket. After that I moved to gym training. What I found, was that my body was my biggest enemy.

Through my own experience, and from the training I have received through a wide network of professionals, I have found ways of releasing muscle tightness and pain. This is where I can be very effective.

When you go into a gym for the first time, you probably won’t be assessed in a way which shows you what is and isn’t working. This is where I am different. I will do a thorough assessment, and give you exercises that will strengthen the weak areas, and loosen the tight areas. This will help you to have a strong, balanced body. Helping everything to work together.

This means less back pain, less knee pain, more range of motion and better posture.

A huge aspect of my business is helping to bring clients bodies into balance. In western society, we have couches, cars, desk jobs, cell phones. So many things, which work together to decrease mobility, inhibit important muscle groups, and ultimately effect our posture and life.
