Through much professional training, and instruction from physiotherapists, I offer more than just motivation in your ear when the going gets tough. My holistic approach to personal training starts with getting your body working properly, only then can we look at increasing its strength and flexibility.

Not only is he a wealth of knowledge but he will go out of his way to find out information if he can’t answer a question straight away. Training is fun with new exercises and challenges all the time. He keeps things interesting so I never get bored with workouts. I’ve gained muscle, lost cm’s and lost weight. Ben has been great at targeting my postural issues rather than just teaching me how to use gym machines. I have a long way to go yet but have no doubt he’ll get me there.
Ben introduced me to foam rolling from the word go when I started training with him. Within the first week I immediately started to notice a difference in flexibility and less sore muscles, which enabled me to improve my technique in a number of areas including squat and dead lift. With consistency in regular foam rolling I have been able to improve my form and posture.
